Focus on the subject, then
compose the picture in the
viewfinder and turn the main
switch to |.
When Digital Preview is assigned to the
|/Y button, press the |/Y
button.
The icon (|) appears on the monitor
during preview and you can check the
composition, exposure and focus.
Available operations

Press the shutter release button halfway.
Digital Preview is ended and the autofocus system operates.
Displaying the Digital Preview
Rear e-dial (S) Enlarges the preview image. (p.237)
L button Saves the preview image. Select [Save as]
and press the 4 button.
The maximum display time for Digital Preview is 60 seconds.
