PURPOSE
The pupose is to position the Pressure rollers for the correct engagement with the Drive
rollers.
1. Adjust to the largest sheet size on the Control panel.
2. Switch off the main power switch and disconnect the power cord.
3. Rotate the shield (2).

ADJUSTMENT
1. Check that the gap (3) is 4 mm to 5 mm.
NOTE: Use a 4 mm allen wrench - as shown on drawing - to check that it fits in the gap and
a 5 mm allen wrench to check that it does not fit in the gap.
2. Loosen one nut (1) and reposition the other (1) as required to obtain the gap.
3. Check/adjust the Stapled set transport solenoid according to REP 5.7.
