28.Install outer clutch cover. Install five fasteners

and
engage 1/4 turn latches to secure the cover. Torque
fasteners to specification.
TORQUE
Outer PVT Cover Fasteners:
60 in-lbs (7 Nm)
29.Install clutch intake hose. Tighten hose clamp
w
.
Torque hose clamp to specification.
TORQUE
PVT Intake Hose Clamp:
35 in-lbs (3 Nm)
30.Connect fuel line onto the fuel rail.
31.Connect coolant inlet and outlet hoses to the engine.
32.Fill coolant. Refer to coolant fill/bleed procedure
outlined in this chapter.
33.Install cargo box and four fasteners

. Torque
fasteners to specification.
TORQUE
Cargo Box Fasteners:
7 ft-lbs (10 Nm)
34.Install upper and lower rear close-off panels.
35.Connect the battery. Torque cables to specification.
TORQUE
Battery Cable Fasteners:
60 in-lbs (9 Nm)
36.Install seats. On 4-seat models, install the rear seats.
37.Fill and bleed the cooling system. Refer to Cooling
System Bleeding.
