Clear Call Logs and Contacts
By default, the phone stores your call logs and saved contacts. As desired, clear your personal history of
stored call logs and contacts from the phone.
Procedure
1. On the phone, go to Settings > Basic > Clear Uploaded Calls/Directory.
2. Select Yes.
Restrict Call Log and Contact Uploads
By default, the phone stores your call logs and saved contacts. If desired, restrict the phone from
uploading your call logs and contacts to the server.
Procedure
1. On the phone, go to Settings > Basic > Preferences > Restrict Calls/Directory Upload.
2. Select Enable.
Plantronics Headset Settings
Poly UC software supports the following Plantronics headsets and the PLT Hub software on VVX 401,
411, 501 and 601 business media phones:
Plantronics Blackwire C5220 Stereo USB-A headset
Plantronics Blackwire 3225 USB Headset
Note: The features list in PLT Hub varies based on the Plantronics headset you use. To know your
headset supporting features, refer to Features Compatibility Chart.
You can access the following headset settings from the PLT Hub menu when you connect a Plantronics
headset to the VVX phone:
