On VVX 500 and 600 series phones, you can also view active call and incoming call information in the
status bar on the Lines screen, if enabled by your administrator, as shown next.
Procedure
» Do one of the following:
• Press the Home key.
• During a call, select the Lines softkey.
• When off-hook on a VVX 101/201, 500/501, or 600/601 phone, select the New Call soft key.
Access the Active Call Screen
The Active Call screen displays when you place a call and the active call is in progress. You can view the
name and number of the contact you’re talking with and the duration of the call.
On the Active Call screen, you can perform the following actions:
• Hold a call
• End a call
• Transfer a call
• Set up a conference call
The Active Call screen is supported on VVX 500/501, 600/601, and 1500 phones only.
