Bria Softphone
The Bria Softphone from CounterPath is a powerful desktop application that, when integrated with your
Comcast Business VoiceEdge service, is a feature-rich communications tool available with the Unified
Communications seat. The Bria Softphone allows a user’s computer to act as their work telephone, whether
you’re in the office or traveling. The Bria Softphone is ideal as a primary phone for a remote office user or a
secondary device for someone frequently on the go.

Multimedia Device Requirements
Bria requires both speakers and a microphone to make calls. Any of the following configurations are
acceptable:

Calls made with Bria will work without a video camera, but a video camera is necessary to allow other parties
to see your image. Bria will work with most USB video cameras.
