Login
Installation and First Time Login
1. Download the software from b usiness.comcast.com/
getstarted.
2. Install the downloaded software by double-clicking on
the icon.
3. Click next and finish the install by following the wizard
instructions.
4. Launch the Bria Softphone.
5. Once installed, in the username field enter your
username which is your portal login with the following
appended to the username: @ws-7.onvoip.net. For
example, if your portal login is 6304323311 than your
Softphone login will be 6304323311@ws-7.onvoip.
net. Your password will be the same as your portal
password.
6. In the Password field enter the password.
7. To have your computer remember your username and password select “Remember login information”.
8. To have your computer automatically login and launch the application, check “Log In Automatically”.
