Directory Number Hunting
This service allows users in the group to be called directly. When assigned to a Directory Number Hunting
group, except for the Be Anywhere policy, the call is handled by the existing Hunt Group policies and the called
user, if unavailable, is skipped. For the Be Anywhere policy, an unavailable agent is not skipped.
Note: A member of a Hunt Group can be assigned to only one Directory Hunting Group in the system.
