16. Reworking Screws
Under certain circumstances it may happen that one or
more screws come loose.
Remove all micromatches from the top of the amp (Fig.
44).
Remove the screws highlighted on (Fig. 45) by means of
a T20 Torx Screwdriver, extract them by means of a set
of long needled pliers.
Place a dab of Loctite 2400 on the tip of each screw, then
set them back to their original position. (Fig. 46)
The easiest way to do so is by using the long needled
pliers to set the screws loosely at rst, and ultimately
tightening them with mild force using the T20 Torx
screwdriver.

then set them back to their original position. (Fig. 48)

pliers to set the column loosely at rst, and ultimately
tightening them with mild force using the M7 Socketed
screwdriver.
Remove the columns with a combination of a M7
socketed screwdriver and a set of long needled pliers.
