To replace a physical drive:
1. Press the release button to unlock the drive carrier.
The drive carrier handle swings out.
2. Grasp the handle and gently pull the drive carrier out of the Pegasus unit and
place it onto a static-free surface.
3. Remove the four mounting screws, then slide the failed drive out of the
carrier.
