5. Secure the iBBU holder to the module with four (4)
screws.

6. Connect the iBBU cable to the battery.
7. Connect the iBBU cable to the expansion card.
Removing an iBBU
Remove the top cover. See Removing the Top Cover on
page 2-8.
1. Disconnect the iBBU cable from the card.
2. Disconnect the iBBU cable from the battery.
3. Remove two (2) screws securing the iBBU assembly to
the air duct.

4. Remove the iBBU battery holder from the module.
The iBBU can be connected to either a mezzanine card or a
PCI-E expansion card.
