2.13 Connect External Antenna (if applicable)
An external antenna can be used for these units:
• Connectorized LFF (large form‐factor) radio units
• Connectorized SFF (small form‐factor) radio units
• SU PRO/AIR EMB radio units
• SU Connectorized ‐ required
• MulSector Base Staons Connectorized ‐ required
• MulSector Base Staons Integrated ‐ oponal
2.13.1 Connecting LFF, SFF, and SU Connectorized Units to Antennas
Connect the external antenna to the antenna connecons on the radio as shown.
Mount the LFF or SFF radio unit using a standard mounng kit (See Mounng a Unit with the Standard
Mounng Kit on page 40).
