Trouble shooting SCC

Service 120 (Y1, Level electrode)
After Filling steam generator via M12 the steam generator does not fill
with water via the filling solenoid.
Detection: level electrode does not get contact with water; Steam gen-
erator can not be flushed; unit is without function.
