4-16 Description of Diagnostic Messages F… and E… ECODRIVE03-SGP-03VRS
DOK-ECODR3-SGP-03VRS**-WA01-EN-P
F281 Mains fault
Cause:
The power supply voltage was not present during operation for at least 3
power periods. As a result, the drive controller was brought to a standstill
according to the set error response.
Remedy:
Check the power supply connection according to the project planning
specifications.

F386 No ready signal from supply module
Cause:
Input BbN "mains section ready“ on the drive controller is at 24V, i.e., the
connected mains section is not issuing a ready to operate signal.
Recovery:
1. Check mains section.
2. Check connection from mains section to BbN input on drive.
3. If the drive does not have a separate power section, then switch the
input monitor off.

F401 Double MST failure shutdown
The master sync telegram was not received in the drive controller in two
successive SERCOS cycles.
Cause:
1. Disruption in the fiber optic transmission line.
2. Too much attenuation of the light signal.
3. Malfunction in the SERCOS interface (general).
Remedy for:
1. Check all fiber Optic connections in the SERCOS ring.
2. Measure the attenuation in the fiber optic cable.
3. The maximum attenuation between TX and RX must not fall
below 12.5 dB.
4. Exchange the SERCOS interface module in the drive controller.

F402 Double MDT failure shutdown
The master data telegram (MDT) has not been received in the drive over
the course of two successive SERCOS or fieldbus cycles.
Cause:
1. Fiber optic bus: interference in the fiber optic transmission
2. Fiber optic bus: light signal input power too low
