1. Device name/Group name
Displays device names or group names of currently connected RICOH Monitors and
connectable RICOH Monitors
2. Auto connection
Displays a check mark for devices for which auto connection is enabled. You can set
the auto connection in "Connected Device Settings". For details how to specify, see
page 75 "Specifying RICOH Monitors to be connected".
3. Touch operation permission
Toggles the touch operation or stylus pen operation permission enable / disable. The
allowed RICOH Monitor can be changed at any time. You can also set the touch
operation permission in "Connected Device Settings". For details how to specify,
see page 75 "Specifying RICOH Monitors to be connected".
4. [Refresh]
Refreshes the list of the connection status of RICOH Monitors and Device
name/Group name
5. Status
Displays the connection status of RICOH Monitors
6. Select a screen to share
Selects the screen to share with RICOH Monitor.
7. [Start Mirroring] / [Stop Mirroring]
Starts or Stops the sharing screen to RICOH Monitors.
8. [Admin Password Settings]
Specifies the admin password. For details, see page 79 "Specifying authentication
by the admin password".
9. [Connect] / [Disconnect]
When you want to connect a connectable RICOH Monitor or disconnect a currently
connected RICOH Monitor, click these buttons.
When you manually disconnect a RICOH Monitor for which the auto connection is
enabled, the RICOH Monitor will be automatically connected again.
If you want to prevent the RICOH Monitor from being connected again, perform any
of the following operations:
• Quit this application
• Disable the auto connection, and then disconnect
• Turn OFF the power of the RICOH Monitor
10. [Connection Group Settings]
Creates a group with selected devices from currently connected devices,
connectable devices, and previously connected devices. For details, see page 76
"Specifying a RICOH Monitor group for connection".
