F) Interlocking mobile protection; when protections are opened, machine stops.
G) Bi-stable solenoid valves: block all the pneumatic activated movements when there is an electric
voltage cut-off, whether it is caused by a blackout or by pressing the emergency button.
H) Alarm warnings: the operator panel display indicates any anomalies that may occur on the machine.
I) Lockable compressed air inlet: if closed and locked, machine cannot be started by unauthorized
personnel.
L) Pressure switch: puts machine in emergency when line pressure is lower than set value.
M) Micro-switch on the movable guard opening knob: this double safety feature allows the operator to
access the machine internally when all the components are completely stationary.

Detects the cutting arm in the “bottom dead point” (Phase position).

Detects the clamp in the “forward” position.

Detects the clamp in the “closed” position.
H) Electric motor
starts rotating ring.
I) Electric motor
Starts infeed roller conveyor.
L) Electric motor
Starts outfeed roller conveyor.
