‒ Choose the recipe (type of processing
operation desired) by touching one of the
keys and confirm by touching key (B) (to
set the recipe see “Cycle parameters
setting”).
The machine is ready to run in automatic
mode all the cycle parameters displayed
on the main screen.
‒ Press the “Start” button on the control
panel to begin the work cycle.

The page displays the wrapping
parameters currently in use and gives
access the other pages.
A
) Displays the name of the recipe in use.
B) Key to access the no. of windings setting
(see “Cycle parameter setting”).
C) Main display, it shows the winding cycle
selected in the active recipe (see “Cycle
parameter setting”).
D) Key to access the recipes list.
E) It displays the authorised operator.
F) Software change key (see “Operating terminal description” - “Date and time setting”).
G) Key for accessing manual movements.
H) Key to access the start winding time setting (see “Cycle parameter setting”).
I) Button to access the rotating ring and carriers speed setting (see “Cycle parameter setting”).
L) Key to access the product winding time setting (see “Cycle parameter setting”).
M) Key to access the product end winding time setting (see “Cycle parameter setting”).
N) On off key to enable/disable the coating breakage control (Optional).
O) On off key to enable/disable the outlet pressure roller descent advance (Optional).
P) On-off key enables/ disables thermal welding and if thermal welding is on, it enables setting of the
welding time (Optional).
R) Cycle reset key.
S) Displays the machine status.
‒S1:Machine Stopped.
‒S2:Machine Reset in progress.
‒S3:Machine in Automatic mode.
T
) Key to access the no. of additional bands setting (key available only if the cycle “Winding”head and
additional bands“has been selected).
U) On off key enables/ disables downward pressers during cycle (Optional).
V
) Film insertion key (Forward-backward gripper).
