6.6. WRAPPING CYCLE RESET
If the machine is stopped or turned off
during winding of a product using the
START button, winding can be resumed
from where it was interrupted by
restarting the cycle without other
operations.
Otherwise, proceed as indicated.
1. Display the main page.
2. Touch the key (A) to reset the wrapping
cycle.
3. Remove product from the machine.
6.7. MACHINE CONDITIONS
A description of the various machine states can be found below.
6.7.1.MACHINE ISOLATED FROM THE POWER SUPPLIES
T
his machine condition is requested to perform any intervention in dangerous areas or in their immediate
surroundings.
It is obtained in the following way:
Main switch in pos. "0".
Air input tap CLOSED.
6.7.2.MACHINE ON
T
his machine condition is necessary to perform all those interventions that need electric and pneumatic power
supply on machine.
It is obtained in the following way:
Inspection door closed.
Main switch in pos. I.
Air input tap OPEN.
6.7.3.MACHINE READY FOR THE CYCLE

his machine condition is necessar

It is obtained in the following way:
Machine on.
Rotating ring in phase.
The film must not be blocked in the clamp.
6.8. MACHINE OPERATION PREPARATION
Perform the adjustments for operations:
Guide position (see “Information on the adjustments”).
Pressure unit thrust (see “Information on the adjustments”).
Wrapping tension (see “Information on the adjustments”).
Cycle parameters setting (recipe composition or change) from where you can set, for example.
Number of overlaps for each operating cycle.
the rotating ring speed etc.
6.9. MACHINE STARTING
The inspection doors must be closed.
