3.5. PNEUMATIC DEVICE DESCRIPTION
he figure shows the positioning of the devices on board of the machine.
1) Tap
to eliminate pneumatic pressure inside the machine.
2) Pressure regulator with filter and pressure gauge
to adjust general pressure of the pneumatic plant.
Turn knob to change the pressure values indicated on the pressure gauge.
3) Filter
For further air filtering.
4) Gradual starter control valve
Closes compressed air supply when power is disconnected.
5) Progressive starter
Allows you to pressurise the machine circuit gradually.
6) Pressure switch
It detects the line pressure when it drops below the set value and puts the machine in emergency
condition.
7) Solenoid valves bank
Solenoid valve
Commands descent, ascent of pressure unit in infeed to wrapping machine.
Solenoid valve
Commands ascent, descent of pressure unit in outfeed from wrapping machine.
Solenoid valve
Controls clamp opening and closing.
Solenoid valve
Controls the forward and backward movement of the gripper.
8) Pressure regulator with pressure gauge
To adjust the pressure of the pressure rollers.
Turn knob to change the pressure values indicated on the pressure gauge.
