1 Fit two guide pins 99 324 in the flywheel
housing.
2 Fit the flywheel on the crankshaft.
IMPORTANT! Always use new bolts. 14"
flywheel: Washers should also be fitted.
3 Lock the flywheel using tool:
99 321 for engines with an injection pump
99 411 for engines with unit injectors.
Locking the flywheel on engines with unit
injectors.
4 Torque tighten the bolts alternately to
130 Nm and then a further 90°.
5 Refit the rotational speed sensor(s).
