Measuring the oil pressure

The use of measuring set 99 362 is described in
booklet 01:00-03.
There are two different designs of oil filter.
Idling 1.6 bar
With warm engine running at 1,000 rpm 2.5 bar
With warm engine running at 2,000 rpm 4.5 - 6.0 bar

Version 1, early model
1 Disconnect the connector from the oil
pressure sensor.
2 Remove the oil pressure sensor and fit the
measuring equipment. Use the union and
adapter according to the illustrations.
