Procedure
Install the module as described in the system documentation
I-Bus ribbon cable

Plug in (ensure good contact)
Supply cable

Connect up
Plug in battery cables
Attach temperature sensor to the battery
Electrically isolate controls (e.g. remove relays from base)
I-Bus
5/24V supply

Note:
When switching off for brief periods, remove mains fuse, or remove  from
power unit and  from battery.

CAUTION:
 Never connect or disconnect ribbon cable I-Bus and supply
cable when power supply is connected!
 Under no circumstances should the I-Bus from different sta-
tions be connected to one another.
