6.1.6 Trouble message in SWE11: ’No data base memory available’
Trouble Remedy
Not enough available memory on the RAM modules on
the main control unit
– EP5 only supports ”large” RAM modules (Z3S070). If
this is inadequate an additional CC11 or CI11 station
is required
6.1.7 Trouble message on downloading (in SWE11): ’Incompatible file version’
Trouble Remedy
The data file (system configuration) on the SWE11 and
the CC/CI/CT program (on the EPROM) are not compat-
ible
Action to be taken: Either install a program version that
is compatible with the data file, or convert the data file to
make it compatible with the program version in use
Afterwards, perform download
The versions in use can be ascertained as follows (
page 72):

The data file version is listed in the station directory of

The data file version is listed in the station directory of
the SWE11
– The CC/CI/CT program version is printed on the
EPROMs
– At the start of the download procedure, the version
number of the connected station is displayed on the
SWE11 information line
Example: ’Downloading to station type CCQ00514’
6.1.8 Trouble message on terminal: ’Control unit configuration’
Configuration error (after download SWE11 CC/CI11)
Trouble Remedy
There is at least one device in the physical structure
which has not yet been localized
If none of the as yet unlocalized devices is linked to a
logical element, only the trouble message ’Control
unit configuration’ appears
The element REFERENCE message ’... IMPAIRED’
appears for every unlocalized device that is already
linked to a logical element
– localize all logical elements / physical devices
or
– do not enter physical devices and link to logical ele-
ments before the localization is also carried out
Collective line (E3M080):
– the parameter ’line no.’ of a collective line (device
’DE DS11 line’) is = 0
– the value of the field ’line no.’ may not be 0 (valid val-
ues: 1..8)
Set value accordingly and once again load the config-
uration into the CC/CI11 control unit
(Comm. Fast Download –> CS11)
AnalogPLUS line (E3M11x):
– The parameter ’line no.’ of a line = 0
– the value of the field ’line no.’ may not be 0 (valid val-
ues: 1..4)
Set value accordingly and once again load the config-
uration into the CC/CI11 control unit
