1.7.5 How to Install Supplementary Languages
Introduction
Once you have installed WinCC, you can later install additional languages.
Procedure
1. Open the "Programs and Features" entry in the Control Panel.
2. Select "SIMATIC WinCC Runtime V7.4 SP1" and click the "Change" button.
The WinCC Setup program opens.
3. Select the desired languages.
4. When prompted, insert the WinCC product DVD in the DVD drive.
Once the start page of the DVD is opened via Autorun function, close the window with "Exit".
5. Follow the instructions on the screen.
6. If you have installed WinCC CS, select "SIMATIC WinCC Configuration V7.4 SP1" and click
the "Change" button.
Repeat steps 3 to 5 for WinCC CS.
Repeat this procedure for any additionally installed components and options.
