Why is the Windows Start screen not visible on my Siemens Monitor?

If the Windows Start screen is not visible and only the extended desktop is displayed, preventing device operation with your Siemens Monitor, this typically occurs when uninstalling the Ethernet Monitor software while using an Ethernet Monitor. To resolve this, do not uninstall using an Ethernet Monitor. Use a different monitor for uninstalling the software.
