11.4 Resetting the user functions to default or application setting
A default setting and 7 different application settings for various market
requirements are available. You can reset the options of all programming steps at
once to the default setting or application setting. Choose 1 of the 8 settings
available.
Procedure to select default or an application setting:
1. Disconnect the mains supply (remove the fuse) and batteries (unplug the cable)
from the control unit
2. Press and hold down keys "Digits 1 to 4" and switch mains power on again
The LED block (LEDs 2 to 6) starts flashing fast
3. Release keys "Digits 1 to 4"
4. Check LEDs 11 to 17 to see the present application setting
No LEDs lit: "Default setting is the factory-set default"
LED11 lit: "Application setting Nr. 1"
LED12 lit: "Application setting Nr. 2"
LED13 lit: "Application setting Nr. 3"
LED14 lit: "Application setting Nr. 4"
LED15 lit: "Application setting Nr. 5"
LED16 lit: "Application setting Nr. 6"
LED17 lit: "Application setting Nr. 7"
5. Select the application setting by pressing key "Mode select" or "Silence Re-
sound horn" (see chapter 11.4.1 for details)
6. Press keys "Digits 1 to 4" once again simultaneously
7. The LED block stops flashing and the buzzer sounds twice
8. The system is now reset to the application setting or default values
9. Reconnect the batteries
