Description
This command is used to
update the SMSC address, through which mobile originated SMS are
transmitted.
Note: This command not support in CDMA/EVDO mode

SC address Type-of-Address octet in integer format, when first character of <sca> is + (IRA 43)
default is 145, otherwise default is 129.
