3.6 Notes on Product Liability
In the following cases, the intended protection of the device may be lim-
ited. Then, liability regarding function of the device correspondingly pass-
es over to the operator:
• The device is not used in accordance with the user manual.
• The device is used out of the field of application as described above.
• The operator performs unauthorized changes of the device.
