Program etc. is defective. Check if the ladder program of master, etc. is correct.
Power supply for output is
out of range.
Check if the green PWR(V) LED of the SI unit is ON. If
the LED is off, or the red LED is ON, supply 24 VDC
+10/-5% to the power supply for output.
Connection between SI
unit and manifold valve is
defective.
Check the connectors between the SI unit and manifold
valve are not damaged, such as bent pins, and connect
them correctly.
Polarity of output does not
match.
IF the polarity of the SI unit and the valve are different,
replace one of them to make the combination match.
•EX600-SEN3 (PNP output)
-common type valve
•EX600-SEN4 (NPN output)
+common type valve
SI unit has failed.
Replace the SI unit with a normal one, and check the
operation.

The valve dose not work
correctly
Valve failure.
Replace the valve with a normal one, and check the
operation. Or refer to the troubleshooting of the valve
used.
