2. Dial the number you want to transfer the call to and announce the call (Fig. 2). You can also
select a number from the internal directory or one of the available external phone directories
(see "Calling number from phone directory" on page 52 and "Calling number from external
directory" on page 52).
3. If the third party wants to accept the call, press . The "holding 7781" screen appears
again, and 7793 is shown as having been put on hold (Fig. 3).
4. Press to complete the transfer. You may briefly see the messages "Disconnected 7781" (Fig.
4) and "Disconnected 7793", indicating that the transfer was completed.

With more than one call. All calls must be on hold. In the below example you have two calls from
phone numbers 7781 and 7788 on hold. You want to transfer the call from 7788 to 7793.
1. Dial 7793 and announce the call.
2. If the third party wants to accept the call, press . If the "holding 7781" screen, i.e., the call
you do not want to transfer, appears on-screen (Fig. 4), press to bring "holding 7788"
on-screen (Fig. 5).

3. Press . The remaining call on hold or the first of the remaining calls on hold will then
appear on-screen (Fig. 6).
