Problem Description or possible cause Troubleshooting
During normal operation (grid
supplies power), no power to the
backup loads while the inverter is
producing power
The main circuit breakers or loads
circuit breakers in the backed up
loads panel have been triggered
Check that the backed-up loads
breakers on the CB panel are in the UP
position
Internal circuit breaker has been
triggered
Check that the AC circuit breaker in
the Connection Unit is in the UP
position (see Figure 10)
The inverter is malfunctioning
Restart the inverter
If the problem persists, move the
AC bypass switch in the Connection
Unit to position 2 (see Figure 10) to
supply power to the loads until the
inverter problem is solved (contact
SolarEdge support if required). Then
move to position 1.
