: Undo screws (arrows).

: Move choke lever (arrow) to top
position.
– Remove shroud.
– Reassemble parts in reverse
order.

Check and if necessary repair the
carburetor, air filter and ignition
system before looking for faults on
the engine.

– Remove muffler, see b 7.1
: Unplug the spark plug boot (1)
from the spark plug.

: Remove ignition lead (1) and
short circuit wire (2) from the
retainers (arrows).

: Undo screws (arrows).
: Remove fan cover (1).

: Unscrew the screw (arrow) and
remove the ground wire (1).
: Unplug connector (2) from
ignition module.
– Remove the short circuit lead
from the wire guide on the ignition
