Stihl TS 700, TS 800 - 12.2.2 Carburetor Leakage Testing

68 TS 700, TS 800
: Press the leaf spring (2) together
and remove it.
: Disconnect the compensator
hose (1) from the filter base,
examine it and replace it.

: Press the tabs (arrows) on the
fuel pump together and take the
fuel pump out of the retainer in
the filter base.
– Examine the fuel pump and
replace it if necessary.
376RA149 TG
: Remove the carburetor gasket
from the carburetor and replace it
if necessary.
– Reassemble parts in reverse
order.
– Tightening torques, b 3.6

– Reassemble remaining parts in
reverse order.
– Remove shroud, b 7.4
– Remove the air filter, b 12.1
– Remove the filter base, b 12.2
: Push the throttle rod (1) down
and out of the throttle trigger (2).

the carburetor (arrow).
