: Take the carburetor off the
impulse hose (arrow) and stud
bolts.
: Take the sleeve (1) out of the
intake manifold.

Note:
The loose throttle rod may be lost
when working on the disassembled
carburetor.
: Unhook the throttle rod (1) from
the carburetor.

: Pull the choke lever (1) off the
choke shaft.
– Examine the choke lever and
replace it if necessary.

Note:
When fitting the choke lever (1) on
the
choke shaft (2), ensure that the flat
side of the choke shaft is lined up
with the semi-circular recess in the
choke lever.

– Reassemble the carburetor in
reverse order.
: Hook the throttle rod (1) into the
throttle trigger (2) from below and
draw it into the groove in the
throttle trigger with a suitable tool
until the throttle rod engages in
the throttle trigger.

Note:
The throttle rod may work loose
during operation if it is not properly
engaged.
– Check correct functioning.
– Reassemble remaining parts in
reverse order.
