Emergency operation
Removing the control compartment hood

Disconnect the battery male connec-
tor before removing the control com-
partment hood.
– Open the two screw plugs (1).
– Hold the hood at the ventilation openings
(2), lift it off and then place it to one side. The
hood is very lightweight and can therefore
be removed by hand without using any
tools.
– The emergency lowering valve (3) is located
in the control compartment and can be
accessed once the cowling has been
opened.
