MUSTARD RYE BREAD
(WHOLE WHEAT SETTING, TIMER OPTIONAL)
1 cup + 2 Tbsp. Water
1-1/2 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
1-1/2 tsp. Salt
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
2 cups All-purpose flour
1-1/2 cups Rye flour
1-1/2 tsp. Gluten flour
1 Tbsp. Brown sugar
2 tsp. Caraway or dill seeds
(optional)
1/4 cup Dried onion flakes (optional)
1-1/2 tsp. Quick-rise yeast
Measure all ingredients into bread pan in order listed. Select Whole Wheat
setting.
Select crust setting if other than medium. Press the Start/Stop button to begin.
A Fruit/Nut signal will sound 40 minutes into cycle. Bread is finished when
the unit signals and the display reads 0:00. Press Start/Stop button and remove.

: If button is not pressed right away the unit will keep bread warm
for 60:00 minutes.
