10.14 OPERATING SYSTEM
For operating mechanism, please refer to the cab control lever meter arrangement. The
orientation of the cab is in the front, and be divided into front, back, left, right.
10.15 AIR COMPRESSOR SYSTEM
This machine is an integrated DTH drilling rig with one engine. The flywheel terminal of
engine attaches with the head of air compressor by a coupler. The working parameters of the air
compressor is as below:

10.16 HYDRAULIC CONTROL SYSTEM THEORY
Each motion of SWDE200B is controlled by hydraulic pilot valves or solenoid valves
which enable stepless speed regulation. Main hydraulic motions include crawler travelling,
leveling, feed mechanism compensation, drill boom lift, drill boom tilt, drill frame lift, drill
frame tilt, dust cover rise/fall, rod carousel swing, drill rod transposition, drill tool clamp, rod
discharge, rotary head rotation, drill tool feed or lift.
All parameters for pumps have been set before delivery, users are not allowed to
modify without authorization.
Hydraulic System
See attached the figure for hydraulic system schematic
Engine drives two main fuel pumps. Pump 1 outputs oil, it goes through speed regulation
block to enter multi-way valve 1, so as to control the motions, such as feed, boom lift, boom tilt,
upper clamp, rod wing, left travel, drill rod transposition, dust cover rise/fall. Pump 2 outputs oil,
it goes through speed regulation block to enter multi-way valve 2, so as to control the motions,
such as swing, frame lift, frame tile, lower clamp, chassis leveling, right travel, compensation,
rod discharging. Pump 3 and pump 1 interflow to supply oil for drill tool making sure the lifting
speed at 22m/min. Pump 4 outputs oil to enter the pilot oil source valve, the oil is transformed to
pilot oil after through oil source valve. The multi-way valves are controlled by hydraulic pilot
handles or solenoid valves to operate each mechanism.
Drill lift, slide frame compensation, drill frame deflection and rod discharging are
controlled by left pilot handle; Drill boom lift, transposition, deflection, rod swing are controlled
