【IMPORTANT】
To avoid damage of the starter, don’t operate the motor over 10 seconds one time. If the engine
cannot be started, return the key to OFF position, and try again after 2 minutes. If wrong starting,
turn the key switch after the engine stops, otherwise, it would damage the starter.
4.2.4 Starting In Cold Weather
1. Turn the key switch to ON position.
2. Turn the key switch to START position and keep for several seconds so as to produce
lubrication film on the hydraulic pump.
3. When the temperature is too low, the engine will start preheating automatically; The
preheating is finished after the white indicator light is on.
4. After pre-heat treatment, start the engine as per the steps mentioned above.
【IMPORTANT】
Shut off the engine immediately and check it step by step once finding any of the indicator light
on meter panel is flickering.
4.2.5 Adjusting Rev of Diesel Engine
Adjust the throttle knob to speed up the engine rev
after starting the engine, the working rev of engine is
between 1800-2200rpm.
4.2.6 Engine Shut-down
【IMPORTANT】
Don’t stop engine directly when the engine is full-load. The right way is to let the engine run for
5 minutes at min. load so as to cool the engine.
To avoid any damage to the engine, unload the machine if the engine stops during operating. and
restart the engine at once. Before adding load, run the engine at half rev for 1 minute.
1. Fall down the drilling frame to ground.
2. Push the accelerograph controlling rod to min. load position, and keep for about 5 minutes .
