Check the fixing bolt every week if there is slack. Tighten them if necessary.
Wash and Clean the Crawler Structure
a) If it is very dirty, wash all the parts of crawler structure before stopping the machine.
Hard and frosted feculence would damage and shorten the application life of the parts.
Lift up one side of the crawler and fix the machine to wash them by working device.
b) Remove the sand and dirt on the sliding surface of tension pulley block.
7.8 ELECTRICAL SYSTEM
7.8.1 Battery
1. Check the liquid level of electrolyte and connecting pole.
Attention
Keep the battery away from flame and sparkle to avoid explosion. Use electric torch to
check the liquid level of electrolyte.
Vitriol in the electrolyte is toxic which has quite strong acidity, and could burn your skin. If
splashing into eyes, it would result in blindness.
Take the following action to avoid danger:
1. Charge the battery in well-ventilated place.
2. Wear goggle and rubber gloves.
3. Avoid breathing in fog when filling electrolyte.
4. Avoid splashing or dropping of electrolyte.
5. Use accessorial battery to start properly.
If splashed by acid liquid:
1. Wash your skin with water immediately.
2. Use saleratus or calcareousness to neutralize
the acidity.
3. Wash your eyes with water for 10-15 minutes
and get medical treatment immediately.
If acid liquid is swallowed:
1. Drink plenty of water or milk.
2. Then, drink magnesia latex, whisked egg
liquid or vegetable oil.
3. Get medical treatment immediately.
