Fuel oil must be the one specified in the “operation & maintenance manual”.
Fuel oil should be used according to environmental temperature, otherwise, fuel oil is easy
to curdle when the temperature is low. (Especially when -15°C (5°F). Thus, it’s necessary
to change the fuel oil matched with temperature.
Fill up the fuel tank after daily work to prevent the moisture in the air condensate to water.
The sediment and water in the fuel tank should be discharged before starting engine or after
oil refilling for ten minutes.
The air in the oil line should be discharged after the fuel of engine runs out or the filter
element is changed.
7.2.3 Coolant in the Cooling System
The river water can’t be used for the machine, as for in which there’re much calcium and
sundries that may attach on the engine and radiator to cause heat exchange fault and
overheating.
The items in the “operation & maintenance manual” should be observed while using the
antifreeze.
Do not keep the antifreeze near fire, because it’s inflammable.
Use antifreeze of different proportion according to environmental temperature.

The engine should be cooled down if it overheats before adding cooling liquid.
Lack of cooling liquid may cause overheat of engine, meanwhile, may cause the corrosion of
the cooling system by the entering of air.
7.2.4 Lubricating Grease
Lubricating grease is used for preventing the warping of connection and noise.
Lubricate parts which have been storage for a long time, as for they’re inflexible or
produce sound.
Wipe off squeezed lubricating grease, because sand or dust may be attached on it to cause
the abrasion of the rotary parts.
