8 TROUBLESHOOTING
If the machine has problem and could not be operated normally, stop the machine immediately
and analyze the problem to find reasons. There are many factors which would result in hydraulic
mechanical problems. Please maintain and repair the machine as per the following guides once
finding problems with your machine.
【IMPORTANT】
Regarding to the disassembling and repairing of all hydraulic parts in hydraulic system,
please contact with Hunan Sunward Intelligent Machinery Co., Ltd. Disassembling or
repairing by yourself is not allowed.
Attention: Please refer to Cummins Engine Problems Shooting Manual for the problems of
engine.
Problem Shooting
No action or slow action of
joysticks. Large noise from
hydraulic pump, shock of pipes.
1．Hydraulic malfunction
2．Air in hydraulic system.
3．Hydraulic oil is aged, bad, or
brand mistakes.
4．Hydraulic oil temperature is too
low.
1．Contact with local distributor.
2．Check oil intake pipes of pump
if there is leakage.
3．Change new hydraulic oil.
4．Warm up machine by running
at low speed.
No action or slow action of
joysticks
1．Park machine too long.
2．No pressure or too high pressure
in pilot system.
3．Hydraulic oil temperature is too
low.
4．Hydraulic pump malfunction.
5．Main relief valve malfunction.
1．Repeat operating several times.
2．Check hydraulic operating
system, low pressure relief
valve and gear pumps.
3．Warm up machine by running
at low rev.
4．Contact with local distributor.
5．Contact with local distributor.
