battery gas may cause explosion.
Check the electric charge with a voltage meter
or gravimeter. Do not place metal bestriding
connection rod to check electricity deposit.
Never charge a frozen battery, otherwise it will
explode. The battery should be warmed up to
16°C (60°F).
1.21 STORING SPARE PARTS SAFELY
Spare parts in storage, such as Kelly bar,
percussive drilling etc, may fall down and
result in death or GBH.
All measures should be taken to store the spare
parts safely and avoid their falling down.
Prevent none of work persons especially
children from entering the storage area.
1.22 PREVENTING SPLASHING OBJECTS
Prevent the operator from being hurt by
splashing content such as metal, stone. Wear
goggle or security glasses
Make sure no other person around machine
before knocking and prevent others from
entering working area to avoid hurting.
1.23 PREVENTING PARTS FROM FLYING OFF
The grease in the crawler tension unit is under
high pressure. To avoid injury, do not
discharge grease cup or valve. Also keep your
body and face away from any valves in case
any unexpected parts fly off.
