Apply a layer of grease on the lip of oil seal
Clean the crankshaft with clean solvent.
Install the oil seal in the left crankcase with special
tool.
Special tool:
Crank shaft install socket & oil seal driver
SYM-2341110- HMA RB1
Install the cam chain tensioner & and tighten the
bolts.
Torque value: 1.2~1.6kgf-m
Install the cam chain.
Install the cam chain setting plate.
