Group Calls: Control over Permission to Speak (Operator)
This function is relevant for Group Calls defined to admit participants only in
mute mode. This feature allows the Group Operator to grant a participant
permission to speak - either by operator's own initiative or as a response to the
Request to Speak sent by a Group Call participant. The operator can ignore the
Request to Speak, or act as described below. To utilize the feature, the Group
Operator's FlexSet must be equipped with a display and the DSS buttons
programmed with participants' dial numbers.
