ACD & UCD Groups: Release/Resume From All Groups #1975
You can temporarily self release from all of the ACD/UCD groups of which
you are a member. This feature also allows you to resume connections with the
ACD/UCD groups from which you have been released. You are automatically
released from all the groups of which you are a member if you do not answer a
call within a predetermined time (system-wide defined).
To release from all ACD/UCD groups:
1. Press [RELEASE ALL] key. RESUMED ALL
OFF
or
Dial feature code #1975 followed by activation code
. RELEASED ALL
ON
2. Listen for the confirmation tone.
To resume connection with all ACD/UCD groups (from idle):
1. Press the lit [RELEASE ALL] key. RELEASED ALL
ON
or
Dial feature code #1975 followed by cancellation code
. RESUMED ALL
OFF
2. Listen for the confirmation tone.
Note: Any attempt to resume, while not in idle, is refused. The ERROR
FROM IDLE ONLY ON
