(B) INTERNAL CLEANING
Carry out once a month. With the machine turned off, open the motor guard (see paragraph
7.7. ) use a vacuum cleaner or compressed air to clean the entire interior, paying particular
attention to the dust filter, the belt motor and the inverter.
(C) TREAD BELT WEAR CHECK
Carry out once a month. With the machine turned off, check the state of wear of the entire
surface of the tread belt by turning it manually. Replace if there are any signs of damage (see
paragraph 7.11. ).
(D) TREAD BELT LUBRICATION
Carry out once a week. With the machine powered up but halted, lubricate the entire surface
between the running track and tread belt with Silube spray oil (code 0V022). Start the machine
at a speed of 3 km/h and walk on it, taking care to cover the entire width of the tread belt, in
order to facilitate distribution of the oil over the entire surface of the tread belt..
(E) RUNNING TRACK CLEANING
Carry out every 2 weeks. With the machine turned off, wipe the entire surface between the
running track and tread belt with a cloth. Repeat several times if necessary. After completing
this operation, carry out lubrication of the tread belt.
(F) RUNNING TRACK WEAR CHECK
Carry out once a month. With the machine turned off, lift the tread belt at the center and check
the state of wear of the running track. Replace if there are evident signs of wear (see 7.9. ).
(G) DRIVING ROLLER WEAR CHECK
Carry out every 6 months. With the machine turned off, open the motor guard (see paragraph
7.7. ) and check the state of wear of the rubber covering on the driving roller. Replace if there
are evident signs of wear (see paragraph 7.10. ).
(H) DRIVEN ROLLER WEAR CHECK
Carry out every 6 months. With the machine turned off, check the state of wear of the driven
roller. Replace if there are evident signs of wear (see paragraph 7.10. ).
(I) TREAD-BELT MOTOR BELT TENSION CHECK
Carry out every 6 months. With the machine turned off, open the motor guard (see paragraph
7.7. ) and check the tension of the tread-belt motor belt. If necessary, adjust the tension as
instructed in paragraph 8.4. .
(J) TREAD-BELT MOTOR BELT WEAR CHECK
Carry out every 6 months. With the machine turned off, open the motor guard (see paragraph
7.7. ) and check the condition of the tread-belt motor belt, turning it manually by means of the
motor flywheel. Replace if there are evident signs of wear (see paragraph 7.10. ).
(K) UP-DOWN MOTOR BELT TENSION CHECK
Carry out every 6 months. Place the machine in its maximum elevation position and turn it off.
Remove the up-down motor belt guard (see paragraph 7.14. ) and check the tension of the up-
down motor belt. If necessary, adjust the tension as instructed in paragraph 8.5. .
