(L) UP-DOWN MOTOR BELT WEAR CHECK
Carry out every 6 months. Place the machine in its maximum elevation position and turn it off.
Remove the up-down motor belt guard (see paragraph 7.14. ) and check the state of wear of
the up-down motor belt. Replace if there are evident signs of wear (see paragraph 7.14. ).
(M) ELEVATION BAR LUBRICATION
Carry out every 2 weeks. Bring the machine to its maximum elevation and turn it off. Carefully
clean the elevation bars with a cloth and then lubricate their entire length with Molykote GN
grease (code 0V014). Start the machine again and carry out two complete up and down
movements. Inspect the elevation bars and add more grease if necessary.
(N) SHOCK ABSORBER WEAR CHECK
Carry out every 6 months. With the machine turned off, remove the side footrest guides (see
paragraph 7.9. ) and check the state of wear of the running track shock absorbers on both
sides. Replace if there are any cracks or signs of breakage (see paragraph 7.9. ).
(O) EMERGENCY BUTTON OPERATION CHECK
Carry out every 6 months. With the machine turned on and running at a speed of 5 km/h, press
the emergency button and ascertain that the machine stops with code E 1 on the display. If this
is not the case, replace as instructed in paragraph 7.6. .
(P) CLEANING THE DUST FILTER
Carry out every month. With the machine turned off, open the motor guard (see paragraph 7.7.
) and remove the dust filter from its seat and clean it with compressed air or a vacuum cleaner.
