4. In addition to the three parts of the frame, the
carton contains:
The set of screws a used for fixing the
crossbar;
The cable end pieces b;
Some snap links;
A set of attachments for the machine
Two hooks d and two rings c for fixing
the machine.
5. Insert the crossbar on the post at the top of
the weight stack column, and fix it using the
screws a shown in Photo 3.3-3, locking down
3 of them on the lower part, as shown in the
figure, and one on the upper part.
6. Remove the cable e from the hole on the
frame, pulling it out toward the inside, and
pass it through the pulley indicated in the
figure, as shown in Photo 3.3-6.
7. After inserting the cable on the pulley,
prepare one of the end pieces b.
