6. Back off the 4 nut (h) with a 10mm socket
wrench.
7. Remove the footboard.

8. Back off the 4 screws (i) with a 4mm
hexagonal wrench.
ATTENTION: During reassembly lock
down the screws using a torque wrench
setting of 15Nm, (not overly so as not to
damage the plastic).

9. At this point it’s possible to release the
footboard lever from the front connection
mechanism.
