Tool disc deceleration ratio and setting:
JSDG2S provides “mechanical deceleration ratio setting” parameters. In turret mechanisms, there
usually is gear transmission to increase torque performance. The “mechanical deceleration ratio
setting” function can have the driver deduce the number of laps and angles that the motor
actually needs between tools, without the need to write controller programs.
Servo parameters Description
Pn326 Tool disc molecular reduction ratio
Pn306 Tool disc denominator reduction ratio
Example 1: Deceleration machine is 1:24 (motor rotates 24 laps, turret rotates 1 lap), set
Pn326=24, Pn306=1
Example 2: Deceleration machine is 3:11 (motor rotates 11 laps, turret rotates 3 lap), set
Pn326=11, Pn306=3
Tool change speed definition table:
Set the DI pin KSPD function to switch the speed for tool change.
Digital input contact KSPD Tool change speed parameters
OFF (contact has no action) Pn327 (tool change rotation speed 1)
ON (Contact acts) Pn335 (tool change rotation speed 2)
Backlash compensation:
Backlash is a mechanical engineering term; it is the gap when two workpieces combine. Almost all
mechanical coupling components that can rotate forward and reverse do not wish to have backlash.
Therefore driver parameters Pn331 and Pn359 can be used to compensate for it
